Readiness Phase

Finalize System Configuration

Based on the feedback from the Client Project Team following the Review and Discovery Phase, the MRH Business Consultant will work with the Client Project Manager to perform a final analysis of the system configuration to confirm all form designs are appropriately configured to manage the business processes that were defined in the Business Process Assessment, Mapping, Documentation, and Review milestone.

Completion of Client Installations

Once Tour de Force is installed on the server, the client programs of Tour de Force can be installed on laptops and other computers that are not connected directly to the network.

The MRH Environment Consultant typically trains either the Client IT Administrator or the Client Tour de Force Administrator on the procedures for installing Tour de Force on workstations and setting up laptops for using Tour de Force in an offline or disconnected
environment.

Final Review and Reconciliation of BSI Data

During the visit associated with the Review and Discovery Phase, the MRH Business Consultant performs the initial reconciliation of the BSI data with the Client BSI Specialist. Upon completion of the initial reconciliation process, the MRH Business Consultant turns over a list of open issues to the MRH BSI Specialist to work with the Client BSI Specialist to address prior to the Go Live User Training. The Final Review and Reconciliation of BSI Data will be performed between the MRH Business Consultant, the MRH BSI Specialist, and the Client BSI Specialist to ensure that all open issues are resolved prior to the Go Live User Training.
