Strategic Partner with Tour de Force

In-house use of Tour de Force
The MRH Technology Group provides “Not for Resale” licenses of the Tour de Force Enterprise product to be used by the PARTNER as an internal CRM/SFA solution

Competitive Margins
Partners shall receive extensive discounts on the sale of Tour de Force license fees.

 

Market Exclusivity
The MRH Technology Group provides greater opportunities for Partners that earn or enroll at the Diamond level status. Diamond resellers receive exclusive rights to Tour de Force within their identified Primary Marketing Area (PMA).

 

Training
The MRH Technology Group provides discounts to the Partner’s employees for Tour de Force training programs offered by MRH and no-charge access to on-going training that is conducted via web tutorial . .

 

Demonstration Software
The MRH Technology Group provides not-for-resale versions of Tour de Force to Partner at no charge that can be used for trial installations at Partner clients for a maximum period of 30 days. All installations of the not-for-resale version of Tour de Force must be registered with MRH in advance using the Trial Site Agreement that is provided upon becoming a Partner.

 

Technical Support
A Tour de Force Partner is expected to provide sufficient first-level support for their Customers to determine the cause of Customer problems. Partner will make every reasonable effort to correct Customer problems arising from the Customer’s use of Tour de Force. In order to assist Partners, MRH provides full access to the web Support Site in order to assist Partners in managing open, closed, and pending support issues that have been submitted to MRH by the Partner. The Support Site provides Partners the ability to manage all Customer support issues together, or to view the issues related to each Customer individually.

 

Co-op Marketing Funds
MRH provides cooperative marketing funds to the qualified Partners as outlined in the Partner Program overview.

 

Marketing Assistance/Lead Generation
MRH actively promotes the Tour de Force products through public relations efforts, direct marketing, and trade show attendance. Leads generated from MRH campaigns are distributed to the Partner of record within the PMA.

The MRH Technology Group also makes pamphlets, advertising, promotional, and other sales materials regarding Tour de Force available to Partner; and allows Partners to modify the materials to promote the relationship of the Partner with the MRH Technology Group within the PMA.
