BSI Summary - Primary Interface to Key Data Points

BSI Summary is the primary interface to the key data points captured and compiled by the BSI Connector. The BSI Summary data can be viewed through two different interfaces; the Manager Console and the TDF Account form.

BSI DataSummary View allows in the Manager Console users to view and analyze sales related data at multiple tiers or levels in the organization.

Sales Summary Tabs

Sales Summary tab displays summarized sales numbers associated with one or more Account Packages (Branches, Territories or Regions), one or more salespeople, or one or more Accounts based on the BSI Fields related to the Account records.


Information that displays on the Sales Summary tab includes:

  1. Annual & Monthly Bookings

  2. Sale

  3. Profit

  4. Margin amounts for 2 Years Prior, for Last Year, and for the Current Year.

  5. Daily amounts for Bookings, Sales, Profit, and Margin amounts are also
    visible on the Sales Summary tab





General Summary Tab of the BSI Data - Summary View

The General Summary tab of the BSI Data – Summary View is a snapshot of other key financial indicators related to Account Receivable, Open Orders, Credit information, and Quotes.

Up to nine Frames are available on the General Summary tab. The available frames include AR Aging Summary, Last Payment, Credit Information, Open Orders, Open Quotes,
Warranty Information, Last Invoices, Last Order Summary, and CoOp information.

 

The Group Summary Tab of the BSI Data - Summary View

The Group Summary tab is where users can perform comprehensive sales analysis on data associated with a Business System. The first step to populate the Group Summaries tab is to select a Summary Type.

There are six standard Summary Types that include County, Accounts, Vendor, Product Group, Ship To, and SalesmanID. Companies have the ability to set up two additional alternatives as a Summary Type. For Example, Model Group and Ship Category (Method of Shipping) can be set up and used for summarizing sales data.

 

The Item Sales History Tab of the BSI Data - Summary View

The Item Sales History tab is used to display invoice line items associated with a Business System. Views can be set up to display all of the product or inventory purchased by Account records or customers.

 

The Open Orders Tab of the BSI Data - Summary View

The Open Orders tab displays all of the active or open sales orders associated with Account
records.

The Open Order tab has two grids. The first or top grid displays header information such as Order Number, Order Date, and Order Value associated with sales orders, while the bottom
grid displays order detail information such as Item Code, Order Quantity, and Order Amount.

 

The Open Tab of the BSI Data - Summary View

The Open Quotes tab displays all of the active or open quotes associated with Account records. Quotes that are Closed do not display on this tab. The Quote tab has two grids.

The first or top grid displays header information such as Quote Number, Quote Date, and Quote Value, while the bottom grid displays detail information such as Item Code, Quantity, and Price.
