Customer Relationship Management is the strategy that defines how you and your organization will manage the life cycle of a customer relationship.

BSI Sync - Keeping Records Up-to-Date!

The BSI Sync is used to create new Account records, as well as to update existing Account
records in Tour de Force when new customers are created or existing customer records are
updated in the Business System. This minimizes the need for duplicate data entry or managing two separate databases of accounts and contacts.

The BSI Sync ensures that Account records in Tour de Force are always up-to-date with Customer records in the Business System without user intervention. For example, when the address of a customer is changed in the Business System, the address of the Account record is updated the next time the BSI Connector processes.

The BSI Sync also keeps Account records synchronized when Customer records are reassigned in the Business System. This powerful feature minimizes the need for duplicate data entry. For example, when the salesperson associated with a Customer in the Business System is changed, then the Account record is moved or changed in Tour de Force to the new salesperson.

The BSI fields on the TDF Account form are the key to the interface between the Account records in Tour de Force and the Customer records associated with a Business System. These fields include Company ID, Master Account ID, Customer ID, and Ship to ID.

Customer ID – This field is used to link an Account record in Tour de Force with a Customer record in a Business System.

Ship to ID – This field is used to link an Account record in Tour de Force with a Ship to address associated with a Customer record in a Business System.
